By downloading, installing, or using the Wealthly mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
Wealthly is a personal finance management application that helps you:
Wealthly offers a premium subscription service called "Wealthly Pro" with the following options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
New Wealthly Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expiration.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly or submit a request through your Apple ID Account Settings.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for Wealthly's services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Important: Wealthly is a tool for personal financial tracking and education. While we strive for accuracy:
Wealthly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wealthly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Wealthly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
